Controller and data processing
The controller for data processing on this website is Web Vermarktung GmbH, Im Gobenrain 7, 4116 Metzerlen, Switzerland. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and other applicable requirements. Where mandatory foreign data protection law applies in an individual case, its requirements are also taken into account.
Server and usage data
When the website is accessed, technically required data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser type and operating system may be processed in server logs. This processing serves secure and stable website operation, troubleshooting and protection against misuse. Retention depends on the hosting environment and is limited to what is necessary for these purposes.
Contact form and email
If you use the contact form, we process your first name, last name, email address, optional phone number, message and the page from which the enquiry was sent. The information is used to process and respond to your enquiry. The form message is sent to a Hotmail/Outlook mailbox, which means Microsoft is involved as an email service provider. Processing outside Switzerland cannot be excluded. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, manage a potential business relationship or comply with statutory retention duties.
For spam protection, the form uses an invisible honeypot field, server-side validation, a minimum completion time and IP-based rate limiting. The IP address is used only technically to limit abuse and is not included in the enquiry email.
